Harrison’s Story tells the story of 11-year-old Harrison Ballantyne, who tragically lost his life when he was electrocuted by overhead power cables after trespassing into a rail freight depot to retrieve a lost football.

First campaign ran 12 October to 17 November 2022.

2nd campaign run – Tuesday 27 June to Sunday 3 September 2023.

August 2022 Check Before You Travel is a national campaign advising customers to check their travel plans ahead of the August Bank Holiday where there is planned disruption on the rail network.

This campaign was run nationally, but regionalised assets were also created for the Southern, Scotland, Wales and Western regions. It has national paid media on the following channels: press, web banners, digital display, Spotify, billboards, radio, and social media. There is also upweighted paid regional media for the Wales & Western and Southern regions.

The campaign will also be surfaced on owned channels including social, in-station channels, JCDecaux screens and MyConnect.
